Where it stands
One line of machines. Each hands a defined object to the next.
A Lyoprester® is not made by one machine. It is filled, frozen, dried, charged, closed and sealed by a relay of Panacea machines, each invented by Bogdan Dicoias, each receiving the cartridge in a defined state and handing it on in another. The Vana Machine is the charge and the close.

The relay of custody
| Stage | Machine or technology | What it does | What it hands on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fill | PleniDose™ gantry | Sets the rear plunger as a fixed datum and fills the formulation; the reconstitution liquid, P-EARLs™, is degassed before aliquoting. | A filled, open cartridge. |
| Freeze | Lyochrysalis™ chamber | Freezes the formulation inside the integrated chamber. | A frozen cake. |
| Dry | Lyochrysalis™ chamber | Sublimation and desorption in the same vessel, finishing cold. | A lyophilized cake with the liquid fitted above the middle plunger. |
| Charge | Vana Machine™ (Lyochrysalis in Vana mode) | Vacuum to just before the liquid's boiling point; argon admitted and dissolved into liquid and cake — ArgonLock™. | A vacuum-charged, argon-locked cartridge. |
| Close | Vana Machine™ | Top plunger and cap seated under vacuum and argon; the cartridge becomes a closed system before it ever sees air. | A closed cartridge, its cap held by the internal vacuum. |
| Seal | SealoPrester™ | The permanent mechanical crimp of the cap inside a servo-held force window. | A finished Lyoprester®, ready for the EZnject™ pen. |
Upstream of the fill: synthesis at Syntheseract™ and CFSPPS™, formulation as a Peptourbillon™. The line record is operator-dictated; stages are named, parameters are not.

The pair that cannot swap
Vana closes in an inert atmosphere. The SealoPrester locks it for the shelf.
The closure Vana places is held by the pressure difference alone — adequate inside the chamber, temporary outside it. The SealoPrester™ receives the cartridge in exactly that state: vacuum-charged, argon-locked, its cap held only by the internal vacuum, its two plungers free to move if disturbed. Neither machine can do the other's half. A crimp applied before the vacuum closure would seal atmosphere in; a vacuum closure never crimped is a leak waiting for a bump.
That is why the object arriving at the SealoPrester is described there as a charged device rather than a container, and why its crimp window is servo-held rather than estimated.
Open at the top
Cake below the middle plunger, liquid above it, no top plunger, no cap. Nothing yet holds the two chambers apart except the middle plunger.
Closed by physics
Top plunger and cap seated under vacuum and argon; the headspace part vacuum, part argon; the closure held by the pressure difference.
Locked for the shelf
The cap crimped; cake and liquid never meet until the moment of use, when the EZnject™ pen's single twist activates the autoreconstitution.
One family of inventions
Every stage has its own technology, and every technology its own page.
The Vana Machine is one card in the Panacea Technology Universe carried at the foot of every Panacea site. Its neighbours on the line: the Lyochrysalis™ chamber it is a mode of, the ArgonLock™ backfill it performs, the SealoPrester™ that follows it, the Lyoprester® it closes and the P-EARLs™ liquid it protects.
